Because our items are carefully curated and often involve food-related or high-utility kitchenware, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the integrity of our inventory and the safety of our customers.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a transaction at Kitchen Chapters, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Kitchen Chapters are considered final sale. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged. We encourage all customers to double-check their cart, shipping information, and product specifications (such as size, color, and material) before finalizing their order.
2. No Refunds for "Change of Mind"
We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for "change of mind." We understand that preferences can shift, but once an item has been purchased, it is ineligible for return. This include, but is not limited to:

Misinterpreting product descriptions (provided the description was accurate).

3. Damaged or Defective Items
While we enforce a strict final sale policy, we want you to be happy with your Kitchen Chapters experience. If an item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error or shipping mishap, we are here to help.
To be eligible for a resolution regarding a damaged or defective item:

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage/defect and the original packaging.

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please email kitchenchapters@gmail.com with your order number and the subject line "Damaged Item Claim." We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement or a store credit if the item is no longer in stock.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. If a replacement is authorized for a damaged item, Kitchen Chapters will cover the shipping costs for the replacement. However, if an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or a failure to collect the package from a local carrier, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
5. Exceptions
Certain items may be exempt from any form of return or replacement due to hygiene and safety standards, particularly perishable goods or personal kitchen tools that have been removed from their original sealed packaging.
