Thank you for choosing Kitchen Chapters. We strive to provide a seamless shipping experience as you build your dream kitchen. Please review our shipping terms and timelines below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders at Kitchen Chapters are processed within 1–3 business days.
During this time, we perform quality checks, verify your order details, and carefully package your items for transit. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. If there is a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer, but we will notify you via email if a significant delay is expected.
2. Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping carriers, the estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days.
Please keep in mind that these timeframes are estimates. While most packages arrive within this window, external factors such as customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak seasonal volumes may occasionally extend the delivery period.
3. Shipment Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active and searchable within 24–48 hours of shipment.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Kitchen Chapters is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order during the shipping process. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
Kitchen Chapters is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we value our customers and want to ensure a positive experience. If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, then contact us at kitchenchapters@gmail.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
6. Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
